Our client is one of the world’s largest producers of portable power generation products
The Challenge
To move and consolidate two separate Manufacturing Facilities, five warehousing locations and offices. Also to create a new internal generator testing capability
The VA Solution
VA was engaged to oversee and manage the overall program. We appointed a construction Project Manager to work with main contractor on the design/build contract and a Project Manager to manage the relocation of seven Product lines, the warehousing facilities and the offices.
We deployed VA’s Programme Management System to ensure successful delivery of project while providing continuity of service
